Errm... Generally it's a practice in photo retouching, exploring adobe's lightroom and some make-up tweaks in photoshop. Can't say I'm happy with the final result but I learned a few tricks I think... 
Oh well. If I hate it after 2 weeks I'm gonna scrap it. ^.^
Oh and I used someone's vector drawing for the mask, aand someone's spider web brushes, and some border brushes. And a girl. If someone recognizes his stuff tell me, I'll give credit where due.
